Interested in applying to Montclair State University for the Spring 2027 or Fall 2027 semester?
Please join us on campus for our Application Day on Friday, October 23, 2026, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. No appointment is needed. Drop in anytime!
At this event, you will have the opportunity to learn about the Montclair State University application process and submit a Spring 2027 or Fall 2027 application with assistance from our staff. In addition, your application fee will be waived.
We will accept supporting academic documents, including official college and high school transcripts, should you have them readily available.

The John Martinson Honors EDGE Program (Engage, Discover, Grow, Experience) is for students who want more from their college experience. You’ll take part in a program that combines academic challenge with creativity, leadership, community engagement and real-world learning. You can apply as a first-year student, transfer student or current Montclair student.
As an Honors EDGE student, you can explore undergraduate research, internships, travel, scholarships, priority registration and a first-year honors housing community. Honors EDGE also offers up to $5,000 for approved experiential learning, helping you pursue opportunities beyond the classroom.
